Eric Rubio is a U.S. Air Force veteran, Master Certified, ASE Medium/Heavy Truck Technician and dedicated Career Technical Education instructor with a passion for empowering students to succeed in both education and the workforce. With 12 years of military service, Eric developed strong leadership skills, a commitment to excellence, and a deep understanding of the importance of technical skills in today’s rapidly changing job market.
After his military career, Eric transitioned into education, where he now works with schools, districts, and industry partners to design and implement CTE programs that bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world industry demands. His focus is on creating accessible, high-quality training opportunities that help students gain the skills and certifications needed for successful careers in high-demand fields.
As a consultant, Eric is skilled in curriculum development, educator training, and the strategic alignment of educational programs with industry needs. He is also an advocate for providing resources and support to veterans and underserved communities, helping them navigate educational and career opportunities.
